Terms and Conditions for the Peacock Lounge Caravan Owners Discount Card
 
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of the Caravan Owners Discount Card (“Discount Card”) at the Peacock Lounge, located at Ty Gwyn Holiday Park, Towyn Road, Abergele, LL22 9HA. By using the Discount Card, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The Peacock Lounge reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time, with changes effective upon notice.
 
Eligibility and Issuance
    •    The Discount Card is available exclusively to verified caravan owners. Proof of caravan ownership may be required upon issuance or use.
    •    The card is non-transferable and may only be used by the named cardholder or their immediate family members residing in the same caravan.
    •    Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced without proof of original issuance.
Discount Details
    •    The Discount Card entitles the holder to a 10% discount on all food and drink purchases at the Peacock Lounge.
    •    The discount applies to the total bill for food and drinks only, excluding any taxes, service charges, or gratuities unless otherwise specified.
    •    To receive the discount, the card must be presented at the time of ordering or payment. Retroactive discounts will not be applied.
Exclusions and Limitations
    •    The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, vouchers, or discounts.
    •    The discount does not apply to special occasion menus, including but not limited to holiday menus, event-specific menus, or prix fixe offerings.
    •    The discount is not valid on alcohol purchases where prohibited by law, or during happy hour specials if applicable.
    •    Certain items may be excluded at the discretion of the Peacock Lounge, such as limited-edition items or third-party products.
Validity and Usage
    •    The Discount Card is valid for one year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated on the card.
    •    The card may be used an unlimited number of times during its validity period, subject to these T&Cs.
    •    The Peacock Lounge reserves the right to refuse the discount if the card appears tampered with or if misuse is suspected.
    •    This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.
General Terms
    •    The Peacock Lounge is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of the Discount Card.
    •    These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Peacock Lounge operates (Wales, United Kingdom).
